Help got whitish spots on my leafs

Hi im 4th week in to flowering and i started noticing white spots a few weeks ago on my leafs i thought it may b nutrition problems the spots are mostly only on the bottom though if someone could plz help cause today i was inspecting the plants and on one leaf i saw a small tiny worm move i killed it but im not sure what to do next if needed i could post some pics plz if someone could reply asap i would b rather gratfull
