No not at all. But you will have to prove medical history of the particular ailment that you are claiming. also in reference to sever pain being subjective, well i would imagine they will difine it pretty well. I mean it is lawyers and politicians writing the laws anyways. the very people who have fought to keep this illegal. Just my opinion on the matter.
We need strong qualified people to help us through the potentially rocky stages ahead. No offense but the hippies and punk stoners chanting free the weed or what ever will not get us anyway.
