hey all,
never thought i'd do this but here goes..
I'm not that old but got a noticable cateract in one eye (from numerous lasix eye surgeries).. so what i experience all day is like someone put a smudged, hazy thumb print over 1 lens of a pair of eye glasses to look through all day long-- by the end of the work (or any) day i feel totally fatigued w/ head aches & frankly- rather depressed. I am a canidate for cateract eye surgery though being under the age of 50 may also lead to potential complications down the road, plus it is fiscally out of my price range for now (and the forseeable future) as well. Several people with similiar conditions recommeded mmj. I am open to this (though i have not smoked a puff since i was 15..many years ago). I am confident this may ease the headaches/fatigue i suffer but am curious if 1) i would medically qualify & 2) if i qualify will i be protected by state law if a urine test was preformed by my employer and found to be positive for thc ( being a "recommended" medical medication?). I live in central california and work in the healthcare industry (if that makes a difference).

Thanks
best regards
