    A matter of severity....

Been growing on and off for the past few years and have never had any problem with pests. Last week I left my babies in the temporary care of my wife and she somehow mixed up the bleach spray bottle with my water bottle and murdered them.

To make up for it she got some clones off a friend and replaced the lost ones in the veg case - unfortunetly that friends operation is extremely sloppy and the replacements had aphids and somesort of extra small black fruit fly.. Put in some strips and am using neem oil - moved the flowering set up to my bed room on the first day I noticed the pests on the clones (none on flower plants that I've seen)...so I'm not too worried about them coming back on this grow....However like I said before, I've never had a pest problem before and have noticed a few posters talking about a full clean of the area - Is it worth doing a full clean of my grow room and veg case if the pests were only around for a few days?

    Absolutely positively.

I clean my grow room daily
I change my clone tray monthly and wash with bleach and let dry for next month. (I have two trays.)
I change my water bucket weekly and wash with bleach and let dry.

Many little things are so important.
