Can anyone tell me what the white patches are?
The white patches are on about four or five spots on two plants. Some have been there for awhile and I was wondering what caused it and if it should be removed? Any input would be greatly apreciated and thanks for taking the time to check it out.

Powder mold. Get the organic product by Safer for this exact problem. Spray it well.

Where can I find this product? Im in a really small town and all we have here is Walmart and Stines. If i can find it, will it be safe to spray on the buds and everything or just the mold spots? Thanks for your help. its greatly appreciated.

Then go buy a spray bottle of "Serenade."
Follow the directions on the bottle.
It's non-toxic to humans but will "crowd out" the PM.

Thanks for the help. We are going to town in the morning and see what we can come up with. I really hate small towns haha.

Walmart should have a garden section that carries the Safer products. I have not seen Serenade but it should work as well. Safer is supposedly a safe organic product that can be sprayed right on the plant. Just one application usually works on the amount of pm you are seeing. Since you are growing indoors you need to get used to treating pm since it will be a recurring problem. Be sure to watch for spider mites as well when growing indoors. There is also a supposedly organic Safer product for that as well.

Can anyone tell me what the white patches are?
I found some stuff at walmart but its not safer. Its organic and its some kind of 3 in one type. Its for mold, insects and something else that is slipping my mind right now. Our walmart garden section turned into a christmas section haha. Actually the mold is from one of the ones thats outside. All the inside girls are looking alright. I had to move alot outside due to unexpected room issues. I sprayed the moldy places on the two plants. Should i spray the whole plant including the buds since im a week or two from harvesting those?

We would need to know exactly which pesticide.
Please read the entire label, and post the ingedients here if you want a more accurate reply.
But Generally, unless it specifically says "use up to the day of harvest", do not jeapordize your health.
Now the bad news.
PM, is systemic.
What you see on the leaf is "bloom".
That tells you the entire plant is infected.
The "organic fix" is usually a competeing organism.
It is meant as a preventative.
(One purposely infects the plant with a hamless infection to prevent PM from getting a toe hold.)
When you see the bloom, it's usually too late to prevent, or cure.
But, one can slow it down and salvage some meds.
There are several methods for inhibiting PM so it looks like you have some reading to do, yah?
Good luck.

Thanks for the help. Greatly appreciated. Ive been reading damn near nonstop since yesterday and have come across everything from 10% skim milk to 50% peroxide. haha. The bottle that i bought is at another place but i will get it tonight and check the ingredients again. With all this said do you think itd be a good idea to go ahead and cut now and do a crappy quick dry? Everywhere that i read have so many conflicting opinions. What a good way to finish my first grow haha. Thanks again for the help

It is contagious and the White blotches means it's making spores.
