A dispensary that isn't experienced enough to identify, quarantine and treat the most common of agricultural pests, well maybe should hire a competent gardener. I would never introduce an un-quarantined plant into a modern production facility/flowering area.

After the issues we had, we took them out of quarantine and killed them before we had any more surprises. Not worth the risk of introducing it into the general population.
