Vanilluna "Vanilla Moon"

So I'm guessing by the photo you waited until around a foot tall before stepping into flower? What kind of light are you using? That plant looks nice and healthy. Would have been cool if you could have vegged a little longer.

I've bent her 2 times in these photos,... she's actually closer to about 3' in overall height (if she wasn't bent and trained). She's been trained down for SCROG and to make her bush out.

Got any experience with the strain?

I'm going to have to re-train her to better fill the screen in as she stretches but she's looking good so far.

My experience with True Blue (or DJ's Blueberry) is minimal to average Nitrogen needs (buds can get leafy easily in unamended FFHF), lots of light (or you get buds lacking density) and low heat (or you get tiny, useless, white intersex seeds). Cuttings root pretty easily. It seems like 2-3" from CFLs and 14-18" with HPSs for proper bud density. 78 degrees F or higher is asking for trouble (probably on most strains). Trains well if you start early or the stems stay green. Fantastic pain relief and flavor (blueberry + musty anise).

Curious to see if there are any similarities?

Thanks! :hippy: I've been trying to get my hands on DJ's true blueberry, but everybody's out of stock constantly!

Oh well, the "Blueberry" Clone I got from a dispensary has been amazing!


As for the Vaniluna, it's apparently a blueberry back cross, so I'd be willing to bet it'd be similar, tho the descriptions on the seed sites say it's got a honey and vanilla taste.
