1. Im also new but after she starts to flower i don't think you can make her them mother for future clones im not 100% certain as im newer myself but if you keep her in 24hr light in vegg mode i think you could make her the mother for future clones but to answer your question frankly no.
2. Depends on the size of the plant and how good the seed is, how much lights etc... Can you upload a pic?
3. Once you have put her on a 12/12 cycle with the lights and switched to a higher phosphorous number fertilizer she should switch out from vegg mode to flower mode in about one to two weeks. And from bud start to finish anywhere from 7-12 weeks watch for the lower leaves to start yellowing and that would be a good indicator to if they are ready for harvest or not.
