Like the title says, I'm looking for recommendations for a powdery mildew resistant strain. I tend to prefer sativa dominant hybrids, but I am growing in a home built cabinet with a 400 watt HPS, so I have to keep height controlled. SCROG may be an option, but after battling PM on my current LST'd grow, I'm skeptical. What happens if I see PM and have to remove plants for PM treatment? And the SCROG training looks like it would limit air flow with all the overlapping branches and leaves...

Last grow: 6 clones (from dispensary), 3 weeks veg and LST, significant overcrowding, and of course, PM....

This grow: 2 plants? 3 plants? Seed? Longer veg with some kind of training?

I still want to fill up my 2.5' by 3.5' footprint under the light, but want to avoid the overcrowding and PM issues.

I have LOTS of air flow and a dehumidifier. I know that will be the first suggestion.

So what would you do in my situation?
