Compact Fluorescent Light Discussion

now is there any important CFL's you need to buy for flowering and vegging? or is it just CFL. for reg. flourescent it's cool for vegging and warm for flowering, correct?

yup that right,has any one used a bulb like this 105 Watt Compact Fluorescent Spiral Light Bulb 5000 K it says it have 6900 lumens wow!
