    nitro toxicity problem

If you're positive it's nitrogen burn, flush with 1-2 times the volume of the pot with properly ph'd water. Recovery takes a week or so. Watch the new growth, as the burned leaves won't heal. (old leaves are old news) Adjust your nutrient schedule or dosage.

If you're guessing that it's from nitrogen OD, filling out the form and providing a picture would be a benefit.

Raise the lights, or pull the plant to the outside edge of the room. Try different angles and positions. You'll get it eventually. Try and keep the camera itself out of the direct light, too.

Bad idea adding uncomposted crap (egg shells, coffee grounds, fish guts...) into your pots. You don't want stuff rotting in your soil. ('composted' is different than 'rotten') The molasses you mention has enough calcium in it, no need for the eggshells.

What are you adjusting your water with?
Using nutrients from a couple different companies is a good way to have redundancies (doubling-up of the nutrients, metals, auxins...) and chemical interactions. Usually best to pick a product line, and stick with it.

Try having a look at Fox Farms online Weekly Feeding Schedule. (Google it)
Feeding is usually done once a week at full mix-strength. Plain, properly ph'd water inbetween if necessary.
