Maybe this is tongue in cheek or not, but..................if Bush can admit that he gave the go ahead to torture by waterboarding in violation of international and American jurisprudence, and doesn't face criminal charges, then you can smoke and grow all the weed you want. Any crime concerning cannabis pales beyond pale in comparison with crimes against humanity. Cannabis Prohibition is a crime against humanity.

Nothing a president does can be a crime--if it were, Reagan would have had a hell of a debt to pay to society. Clinton too...you name it.
