Odd green growth...should I be concerened?
I had got some scotts premium awhile back . When i was mixing in extra perlite i found moss growing in the soil. Was wondering what the effect of using the soil would be? Let me tell you i had nothing but a nightmare with the 3 that were in that soil with green moss . I now take them back and replace if i get moss in my soil. Scott's with extra perlite and peat do a great job.Just watch out for the old bags with the moss in them...
captaincola28g Reviewed by captaincola28g on . Odd green growth...should I be concerened? Any idea what this is? Moss or something of this sort? I've been scouring the forum all day and can't seem to find anything on this. Use: Scotts premium potting mix/perlite FF Big Bloom Molasses pH is 6.5, right where I want it. Note the green growth coating the perlite in the soil mix. I'm wondering if this moss is pathogenic, beneficial, or neutral to the cannabis. Rating: 5
