Now, I have been waiting 3 weeks,4.5 days for the DOH to send me a card and approval to grow, or a letter stating i was declined and why.

I am so nervous that I am going to get denied, or that my mail got lost. Also I was told that since Martinez is elected then I probably won't get my card. Sigh.....it sucks waiting.

Has anyone had to wait the full four weeks? what is the process that they go through for approval? They did cash my 15 dollar check for my production liscense. Does that mean i'm approved, or is that just and application fee?

you should be seeing your license any day now that they cashed your check is a good thing.

I am sure you will get your card lovelyhens, Im like 100% positive, and if by chance you are turned down for a ppl,you still would have enough time to get another application in before Martinez even takes office.
When I applied for my ppl it was at the same time as my regular MMJ use card.The regular use card came about a week before the PPL card.

The only reason I can see that you would not be approved is if you possibly didn't include enough information on your PPL application, if that happens I will post up a copy of mine so you have a better idea what they are looking for.

I have been wanting to grow a really nice Sativa, to give me an energetic creative high and a nice indica, for the days i'm really hurting.

I have Jack herer beans i've been holding on to, But from my research it can be quite intense, and may not be what I am looking for.and i wanted to try my hand at god bud. Then there is Kushberry that i am really interested in for its high medicinal cbd content. I want a strain that keeps me from being paranoid, and helps with anxiety.

So in short, I want a daytime high so i can be creative and energetic during the day, and a strain to help with with my painful days (and Nights).

Any suggestions would be great.

I have an extra 250 w metal halide ballasts, due to a reef/fish keeping hobby. (I'm a reefer! pun intended) But as i read and read....hps my be better for flowering. I may start with floros during early vegging, MH during late veging, and if I can afford it, then i will go HPS, for flowering. the medium of choice will be soil.

I hope santa builds me a grow room.
