Not true! one can stress a plant in many ways!

Why do you think "Bending" is called "Low STRESS training" while pinching and kinking is referred to as "High STRESS training"

Also consider nutrients, and root condition,.... if root bound or under fed,.... wouldn't that stress the plant? :wtf:

If the theory of a pinhole of light in an indoor grow was in the least bit true, then every outdoor plant would herm on a full moon!

    Hermie..help.

I bend and LST just about every plant I grow and don't find that causes herms. I guess it could, but I bend the heck outta them, and....no.

More my point was that there are lots of stresses that can cause a plant to herm.

Also, certain strains can be more prone to it. My GDP is a perfect example, I don't know what it is about my indoor environment, but every one I've grown inside has hermed. But Outdoors cut from the same mother nothing but buds.
