I have a start date of 12/02. Offer letter stated that offer was dependent upon successful passing of drug/background test.
Burnt Toast- I am already in the position I will be in. Basically I'm getting
re-hired for the same job by a different company. We've been told when our official start date will be. They aren't interviewing anyone else for our positions they are just making us go through their pre-employment process.
OK, if a start date has been secured for the both of you, then simply report to work on that date with the full mindset of a "clean person". In the world of drug testing, no news is good news so dont expect to be informed by the employer that you have passed. And dont discuss anything about the drug test to anyone. Carry on with your duties in the way that a "clean" person would.
