Looking for I-1 warehouse that filed their plant husbandry zone permit and certificate of occupancy with the city of Denver prior to 7/1/10. You or your company must have also paid all state application fees by 8/1/10 and filed your 70/30 cultivation affidavit by 9/1/10.
