If you compare the bulbs above by "color temp" and Lumen output you'll notice the "Warm White" is what you want now. Warm is yellowish light for flower while "full spectrum or daylight" bulbs are cooler and blueish for vegging/cloning/seedlings.
Change those bulbs to warm white and ditch the middle of the road cool white and sorry but those plant bulbs are an expensive gimmic. Go by color temp not plant pictures on the fancy label.
