OMG please help me supernewb here!
Those burnt leaves and dark green color are telling you it's way too much nutes (fertilizer). Remove all dead leaves.
#1 I'd flush well and give more light, no nutes for 2 weeks or so.
#2 I'd mist with pH'd water and keep soil moist/damp, not wet drippy. No nutes. Treat it like a clone, perhaps humidity dome too. It may just be a gonner though.
#3 I'd continue, prolly less nutes as above, flush if due (once a month at least) and mainly give lots more light. If the lamps are hanging above I'd remove them and stand up along both sides of the flowering plant like a sandwich or book ends. Do they still use book ends? Put the T-12 bulbs almost touching the leaves! They don't get hot so no worries. More light, more, more, more. Get all the CFL bulbs (26 watts or more, more the better) and put as many as you can in there. I'm trying to say more light.
