Thank you Rusty :thumbsup:

I'm glad you posted right away, you just made my life easier to hit upon this.

On the subject of what NOT to use;

There is a bunch of additives, amendments, etc. that are being hawked as great to increase growth, flavor, etc, most of which fall into the useless and only going to cost you money catergory. Also some dubious growing ideas that are nothing more then old wive's tales.

You can save yourself much money and frustration if you check out RustyTrichome's older thread, "Wondering if a technique, product or idea is a fact or myth...?"

It's easy to find, look at Rusty's signature above and click on "Horticultural Myths and Folklore", it may surprise even experienced growers.

oldmac Reviewed by oldmac on . what NOT to use when growing Recently I've come across some posts were people have suggested various products to use, especially for problems encountered durring growing. Many of these reccomendations are just down right dangerous! Rule of thumb; if the label says for ornamentals (house plants, flowers etc) or turf (your lawn) it should not be used on your mmj plants. MJ does flower, but you are going to smoke, vape or ingest those flowers. ONLY use a product that clearly states on it's label it is safe for use on Rating: 5
