I met with a boulder dispensary owner yesterday who is on the 12 person panel chosen by DOR to represent dispensaries in the rule making process. They meet on wedensdays and it is open to the public. I got a list from her (some of it her personal notes) of expected violations and consequences.
I could email the list to you if you want. One thing that was decided was plants under 12" are not included in your plant count. This is great for clones.
The DOR does want our money but they are also giving us a chance to be heard in the rule making process because they do not know anything about cultivation and they do not want to make rules which would prevent these businesses from operating and paying their taxes. :hippy:
