New To Growing Pro

Hello everyone! I have grown before, but only in regular pots with random stuff i had lying around. Now it's time for round 2 and i need a setup. I was working on making a hydroponic system, but i think i may just use soil, because it seems complicated and I can't find any of the supplies in my town. I need all the basic stuff, such as a PH tester and the products to adjust the ph level, HPS lighting, Nutrients and an air filter system for as cheap as i can. I was wondering if anyone had any links to websites that i could buy products that have cheap shipping to Canada. I was also wondering if anyone could reccomend some easy to use products that will help my plants greatly. Also maybe a few good websites to get good seeds? Another option is ebay, i don't want to end up buying something from an ebay store from the states or elsewhere and have it show up at my door with an extra 100 dollar fee. Any ideas? Thanks. I pretty much need some basic advice, materials, and resources; there is just so much to process, how do i learn quick and become a pro grower? etc. Thanks.
