I live in rural Solano County, so searched their website for information on mmj, and found this webpage. The info there leaves me with a few questions for California mmj patients.

1. Do I really have to apply to the county for an mmj card, as stated on the Solano Co website? I thought it was strictly between me and my doctor.

2. Once a doctor recommends you can the County say no?

3. Does it cost $200 to apply? Or can I waive being registered with my county?

I have complete medical records and walk-in is preferred over "make an appt". I can and have looked this up on the interwebs, but I'm looking for references...what was your personal experience with their attitude, availability, price, etc. TIA! :) Rating: 5
