I wonder how long existing centers in newly banned areas will be allowed to operate? Until their license expires? Sooner?

Making this information available is necessary in our continued battle to protect our rights.

El Paso County 1A was overturned by 331 votes. A recount is automatic because the difference is less then 1 1/2 percent , however, if the totals change it would make all results in El Paso county suspect as it was a county wide question.

I think recounts pretty frequently end up with changes in votes, actually. It's almost never enough to affect the outcome, but with a margin that small anything is possible (think Bush v Gore territory).

Especially when it's that slim a margin with so many votes cast.
