Track Prop 19 returns

I thought Oregon's Measure 74 was defeated. Did I miss something?

oh, sorry, I was just going by what was on another thread in this forum. I don't really know if it won or not. anyone? I guess I should go to norml's site and see what happened tuesday. :jointsmile:
