You're right, you used your right to think only of yourself. I hope your neighbor when he gets busted remembers you for that, and comes over and thanks you for it. You have a nice day too. im medical as well. and i DO NOT make a living from mj. its was poorly written and when they write a good law ill vote yes on it. all my neighbors are medicasl as well and all voted no. so they have alreay thanked me for it. have a nice day.

Allow me to enlighten you. Benjamin franklin once said, (paraphrase) those who will give up freedom for a modicum of security deserve neither.

And rest assured, your excuse for failure to even cast a vote for a small iota of freedom and then fix an, as you say, poorly written law, will come back to bit you on the ass. :twocents:

Its shaping up that it seems its the medical people and those who grow for them who helped defeat freedom of choice. I wonder when they look at their neighbor, who just wants to be able to smoke a joint in their home after work to relax, will they think they just threw him to the dogs to protect their freedom, and denied him his? maybe your attitude should be more grateful to the voters/residents of California for forging the way for medical MJ...since WE passed the first medical laws of cannabis 13 other states have medical allowances and it is growing.....the law needs to be written better instead of just passing legislation and dealing with the aftermath...we have legal MJ so why would we pass a law more restrictive than the current ones we have on the books....and truly do you think if this really passed the feds would have it tied up in court and would be repealed due to its contradiction of federal law...so what we really did is save taxpayers alot of money in legal costs...if cannabis will ever be truly legal for everyone it must be done at the federal level...then states can vote laws on how to control and tax it...just the same as alcohol :jointsmile:

:thumbsup: yeah, that is interesting the way the map turned out. all coastal counties go green except for so cal, mendo, humboldt and del norte. alpine and mono county green. :detective1: can't really blame the nor cal growers, even if they had won all of emerald triangle it looks like they would have still lost to the other half million no votes. look at san berdu county.
