What is a "True" American??

The U.S. Constitution says,..

WE the people CAN NOT be jailed for failing to pay taxes. (yea, try THAT and we'll see what happens)

The STATE takes presidence OVER the FED! Meaning,.. The people run the government. Ignoring your constituents, or voting another way then they specify is TREASON!!

ANY politician who swears to uphold the Constitution, then goes against it, is a trader!! (that's about 94% of them BTW).

Slavery in ANY form is illegal! (this includes private prison slavery)

MONEY is created and printed by the CONGRESS!! NOT by a privately owned BANK. (ALL politicians who voted for the bailouts, or health care (constitutionally illegal to FORCE an American to pay a "private" industry), are TREASONOUS!!)

Constitutionally you can not be jailed unless you HARM another person or their property. This includes fiscal damages. HOWEVER there absolutely MUST be a witness to said crime. (thus,.. EVERY American in jail for taking ANY drug is being held ILLEGALLY!!) It is the Jurors job to decide if the person should have even been charged. Not JUST if they did it or not. Was ANYONE harmed?? If the answer is no, the jury SHOULD throw it out.

Example: Joe Smith is arrested for manufacturing Crack, in let's say rural Montana on his farm! When he gets to trial, he's charged with illegal manufacturing of a controlled substance and intent to distribute. Issue is,.. Joe was just making Crack for his own use. (which is Constitutionally legal). So, unless there is a witness to Joe selling Crack. There is NO CASE!! the Jury SHOULD throw it out!!

However today when a Juror is chosen. He/She is disqualified from service IF they understand this. EVERY jury is told that in THIS trial all you need to decide is IF they committed the crime in question. NEVER are they allowed to decide if there even was a crime (injuring another person).

This USED to be called: Justice!! Americans were free because THEY could run the world their way. As long as they didn't hurt anyone while doing it!

Freedom is just what is claims to be. The right to live YOUR life the way YOU want without ANY interference from the government! (as long as you don't hurt other people).

The right to OWN land is long gone!! Only around 2% of the American people actually OWN their land. You may ask HOW can that be true??

Well, you see. Today if you pay off your property you then get a DEED. Do you know what a deed is??

A deed is a FEDERAL rental agreement!! Where as we USED to get titles, NOW we get Deeds. You DO NOT pay "property tax" on a titled property. You DO pay taxes on a Deeded one!! (also you have NO property rights under a Deed. The Police technically can just walk in without any warrants because technically it is GOVERNMENT property!!)

Under the patriot act (completely UN-patriotic) you have NO rights. The Government can follow you around, spy on you, listen to your phone calls, read your e-mails and even arrest you and hold you INDEFINITELY without ANY trial! This includes MASS roundups of persons "suspected" of going against the U.S. Government!!

It is clearly stated in our founding documents, that our right to bare arms is there to stay off tyranny. Our right to have a gun is NOT there so we can hunt. It is not JUST there to protect property. It is there so that when WE THE PEOPLE get tired of the RICH taking everything and ignoring our "ULTIMATE LAW" (the Constitution). We can rise up against tyranny and re-gain our right to live FREE!!

Illegal immigration is illegal for a reason. It's intent was to keep out criminals, diseased people, and ensure the people were coming here to live a free life, NOT to make money to send home, then return "home" later! (For MANY MANY years, The U.S. was the ONLY country people fought to immigrate to. Here you could own a business WITHOUT being regulated to death. You got to KEEP your money (not pay taxes on your hard work)! As long as you wanted to be an "American").

Illegal Mexicans are not checked for disease. They send most of their income TO Mexico, AND they have no interest in becoming an "American". (Many would like to see the western half of our country turned INTO Mexico, which is considered spying, infiltration).

Your skin color and beliefs have ZERO baring on you being a U.S. "American" (notice I didn't say citizen). Because WE are all supposed to be SOVEREIGN!! If you can regain your Sovereignty, You will find that you would again have ALL your rights back. Meaning if I were a sovereign American I would not pay taxes, I could drink beer from a GLASS bottle in a city park, I could snort a line off a granite block in front of the police station,... The police would and COULD do nothing about it. Unless I gave a line away or broke the glass bottle and left it there for someone to get hurt on.

NOW, don't you wish YOU were Sovereign?? Because you WERE!! Right up until you signed your life away to be a citizen!! (it was that card you signed when you got your very first bank account).

As a citizen,.. You have the right to have social programs. In exchange for those programs you have to pay taxes and agree to follow the CITIZENS laws.(NOT the constitution).

With all that and MUCH MUCH more. I consider myself a "true" American!!:thumbsup: Personally been working toward sovereignty for a few years. However THAT requires ZERO debt, NO bank accounts, NO credit cards and running a national ad to find debt. If you have NO debt of ANY kind. You can then re-claim your sovereignty, by opting out of the socialist system our government has inflicted on us!

If you understand what I just said, then understand, YOU (as am I) are a slave, tricked into slavery by our idiot politicians WAY back in 1912, and continued up until today as a lie! The only free people in THIS country are the people who have re-claimed their sovereignty, OR never signed it away in the first place!!

I'd like to add that if you voted for any politician yesterday and DID NOT read their voting record. YOU are NOT a "true" American!
