I just found about this today, it mainly says that if you use cannabis as your 'religion', and follow some rules u can even grow it and still not break the law.
Looks like a good option, what u think?

Beacuse its a religion and if the government inerveined with our choice or practice of religion as long as its peaceful, would be a clear violation of our bill of rights

yes, it is strange, but in a certain way is funny because the goverment only tell nonsense about why the prohibition on cannabis, and in a certain way you are getting on the same level of play there, as its your religion, they should respect it, lol, anyway i may guess that if someone, god forbids, get busted, that can be of help, or not?.

i believe to use the religion defense, you gotta have a religion that supported the use of pot as a 'sacrament' at some date prior to the outlawing of cannabis. In other words, u can't just start a religion now that uses pot a sacrament, because its already Illegal.
