did i flower too early? tall/short plants?

hia all, so my plants reached bout 9-11 inches all of them, and all showed preflowers exept one but femmed seed sooo..

as i said 9-11 inches with pre flowers <-- 1 month + 1 week


got a 600w hps, growing in coco, 10 L pots and feeding nice nutrients..

how tall can i expect them to get? guessing not just 30 inches(??) with a 600w?

would like them to reach bout 3 feet / 1 meter

You can expect a plant to grow 2 to 3 times from the time you flower it to harvest it.
