Hait test possible

First let me say that this is a great forum. Now my history ...have not smoked one hit of anything for 6 years. Took two hits off a joint on October 29th. I weigh 210 and am fairly active. I am a little nervous about a random if the compant decided to pull one and it would be a Psychemedics test for hair. My hair is about 2 1/2 to 3 inches long at any given time sometimes a little shorter. What are my chances of them detecting anything say in two weeks from now? You didn't smoke at all for 6 years... Then you took two hits on Oct. 29.... If this information is accurate, then you have nothing to worry about. The rule of thumb for hair testing is 3 small smoking sessions in a 90 day period if the hair is atleast 1 1/2 inches in length. Anything more will put the person over test cutoff levels. Meaning.... A failed test result.

Thanks and the information is accurate. the last time I EVER smoked was in 2004 right around Christmas and got notice of a hair test like two months later. In 2004 I had not smoked in ten years.......go figure the luck on that one. Had the hair test after mucho freaking out and passed with flying colors. That time I had smoked some BC bud, about 5 nice good pipe hits. Now it has been 6 years and I am not scheduled for a hair test but they are unpredictable about when they pull your number. I am relieved to hear that I should be below the threshhold. But just in case a closer haircut is due I think in a few days. Thanks a Bunch
