What kind of pre-employment drug test?

The HR called me and told me that I will need to do a pre-employment drug screening tomorrow. Didn't say anything else, didn't want to ask. It is for a hospital IT. I am passing home tests with first void of the day. One thing he said was that it will be across town, so I immediately searched and found that there is indeed a LabCorp facility across town.

Is pre-employment drug testing almost always UA or are they moving to hair follicle tests now?

I haven't smoked in 10 days used to smoke 1-2 hits a day off of a one hitter and have smoked a total of 2 grams. If there is a small chance of hair test what should I do? Test is tomorrow so I don't have time to order shampoos off the internet. Would soaking my hair in baking soda and vinegar do anything?

Should just be a urine test but you might want to look at your companies policy manual to see what it says. Follow the dillution sticky for the morning of the test.

I don't have the manual, but it is a social services place. I will be doing IT. I googled social services and drug testing and nearly shit my pants, all the results came up with hair testing....

Just had my test today, it was UA and I used about 64 oz of gatorade before test, also took a creatine supplement for 3 days prior (3 scoops one each morning) (Six Star Muscle Creatine Supplement from Wal-Mart). I also took 4 vitamin b tablets about 4000% of b2 altogether, voided very yellow and I took a home test on the 3rd void after drinking about 32oz and it came out more negative than I've seen so far.

Only concern is that I have only eaten a breast of chicken and some rice and veggies one day, and a McDouble yesterday for lunch, dinner was another chicken breast, can't eat when I am stressed. I am 6'1" and 140lbs, super skinny.

Do you guys think that I had sufficient amount of creatine after dilution to pass the validity checks?

I'll know for sure by next week, but I am still very worried about the results. The specimen will be mailed to Keystone Laboratories, I read that they accepted a sub from a week old urine that reeked of ammonia so I am hoping that all is well, thank you all very much!
