What am I doing wrong with my harvest?

I have grown
ICE (the only good one)
Big Bud
Bubble Gum
Northern Lights
a few Mexican bag seed)

I have attached a picture of my recent harvest.. this is Big Bud.. Harvested at 9 weeks when what I 'thought' were the trich's were looking amber.. all of them end up this way though, not much crystals on the leaves.. not as all sticky and just really light and fluffy..

Umm, do you even know what a trichome is? In the sentences above you say "trich's", and "crystals" like they are 2 different things. You sure your not confusing trichomes and pistils? Pistils are the little hairs that dry up and turn reddish color. If you harvest based on when the pistils turn from white to reddish then they are probably getting chopped too early?

And like FlyinPolynesian says, what are you using for light? They really are very wispy, like they were grown with not enough light.

I have completed my first year of growing and love it.. but in the end I have harvested about 8 plants and only one of them have gotten me stoned.. the other are like.. litteral.. crap weed.
