Kashmir Green Tea

So, after reading all the posts about how good green tea is for you, I figured I'd go grab me some. Plus I need to drink something that will help knock out some of the carcinogens from all the smoke I inhale. I picked up this stuff called Kashmir Green Tea. Anyone else drink this? And what other brands would people recommend?

i drink some tea called yogi tea at rasberry and ginger i think. it helps me to sleep pretty much. i recommend it to every1 who has trouble sleepin. its caffeine free
