Who was it? I'll go have a talk with 'em. Those numbers are bogus if the femming process is properly done.
If you got seeds from bagseed, and they all turned-out female, likely the grower either didn't properly care for the plants and got some hermies, or he is making his money, and is too lazy to give a crap. This makes those seeds suspect for stability, disease resistance, "breedability". IMHO, there is a huge difference between "femmed" genetics, and unstable garbage. One happens only if forced to do so, one happens regardless of what you do.

Like Headshake said...you'll need to learn the basics of breeding, before progressing to the advanced stuff. If you insist on taking the risk, there are a few threads on the subject here on CanCom.
