So I'm going to buy a humidifier today because my humidity is dropping rapidly by the day(15-30% started at 50-65 beginning of grow)

So my question to those who use humidifiers during the winter is would a cool mist or warm mist humidifier be better?...I was actually thinking cool because i figured a warm mist would cause the temp to rise faster causing the a/c to kick on therefore creating more "wind" and taking the moisture out of the air...and during the night i could just turn on a heater...

my room is only 45 square feet but my vortex fan sucks 650 cfm and my room only requires 275 cfm(also have a 23 inch wide 2 1/2 feet long charcoal filter -8' ducting hole, with bout 20-30 feet of duct)

so i think whatever i get is going to have to be a little bigger($60-150 range)I was debating between these two. thoughts please?
