I think it passed. But still haven't read confirmation yet. I think it zones caregivers out of residential areas. Caregivers can use a commercial space though.

The way I read it was you can't have over 12 plants and no more than two patients in a household. Soooo, can you still be a caregiver for one other patient not living in your house as long as you don't go over 12 plants? Rating: 5
