If he was going to release you from supervision you should just give him a call and ask if and when he is going to send the court your release paperwork. That way it looks like you are asking about your case and if the UA has not came back he MIGHT say he is waiting for the results.

This is equivalent to calling up an employer and asking for the "start date", which is often advised to worried applicants who have yet to hear any news.

The point is, never inquire about the test results. That just makes things look bad for you if you want to be viewed as a "clean person".
