And yes it does suck, this waiting game is killing me been losing sleep oh and btw my plan if a dilute comes back is ..... Im a gym rat and i normally do drink around 1.5 to 2 gallons of fluid a day to keep muscles hydrated(not all at once tho) i also stay on a ketogenic diet most of the time(nocarbs) which makes my body work a lil different , people that eat alot of carbs tend to hold alot of water, when carbs are eatin they turnes into glycogen and stored in a solution form and sent to your muscles if needed or sent to your sub coutaneous layer where you will eventually use the glycogen or it will go through lipogenesis and be turned into fat so if your not eating carbs most of the fluids you drink will go straight through you
