The man who runs the grow section is very courteous and professional. They have a great selection of clones. The rest of the crew are generally unprofessional and rude to their customers. All their rules could be tolerable if they didn't look and act like a bunch of thugs.

When I questioned their return or exchange policies they told me to "get the f**k out". I was really surprised and taken aback by such a harsh attitude towards a loyal customer much less any customer at all. Needless to say I have turned in my membership card. Don't think I want to give my hard earned money to an organization that treats me no better Rating: 5
