WENDYS and ARREST
Ok so the girl that says one of her french fries was a finger, (y'know multimilliondollar lawsuit) is getting arrested for a false report to law enforcement...
Been there done that what I used to do was go into a restaurant and order..lets say..broasted chicken..get the chicken start eatin and add a SEVERED HEAD to the plate of broasted chicken... when the waitress came over to ask how the meal was , I just say: WELL EVERYTHING IS GREAT 'CEPT FOR THIS SEVERED HEAD I FOUND IN MY BROASTED CHICKEN....
I get free meals that way all the time...........

u can sue anything/anyone in the states, its amazing the shitload of money people have taken away from fast food companies just because they ordered super sized fries and coke and they got a lil super size with it.

Like that broad who made millions of dollars off McDonalds because she burned herself with hot coffee. They now say 'caution hot' on the cup.
I have to give her props though, she got rich because she bought a cup of coffee from the local burger-joint.

To be fair, she had a legitimate case. At the time, McDonald's kept their coffe a full a 40 degrees hotter than other places - hot enough to cause third-degree burns in seconds. By convention, most places keep their coffee at around 140 degrees F. Hot enough to be enjoyable, but not so hot as to cause severe burns if spilled. McD's, however, kept theirs at 180 degrees F at that time. This not only is extremely dangerous, but also makes the coffee taste like crap, since it is hot enough to boil away the caffeol that gives good coffee its aroma and flavor.
