Hi, my doctor just signed off on my paper yesterday I planned sending it in today..
my questions are 1) do I have too list caregivers 2) how long does this process take and can I add caregivers later on?

You can just send it in and ad a cg later with a change forum . There is a $75 dollar fee and a bci check needed for your caregiver . Make sure you make an educated choice for your cg. Lots out there are greedy and others have only grown for a 1 yr or 2 and have little real experience and mediocre meds.

Candice, True, no Care Giver need be listed. You can add that later when you find a CareGiver. The $75 fee in most cases is paid for by the CG. The approval process takes about 4-5 weeks. Once approved, you will receive an approval letter from the State, you then go in during certain hours, and 6 minutes later, you leave with license in hand. As to CG's, well there are several out here who fall into the "street level thug" catagory, but there are also some really good ones out here! If ever you need advice, don't hesitate. I am NOT a CG. I am not in any CoOps. I am simply a patient who has traveled the roads and knows the routes, all too well.
