Only thing missing was "bite the curb!". The girl was fine because she's a motherfucking G... she was obviously winded and there's no telling if she was just trying to maintain composure despite injury. Yes, she knew exactly what she was doing, handing a piece of paper to a person. She probably didn't realize she would really bring out the senselessness of a couple idiots.
