Sell seeds on Craigslist. ok or no?

I'm a CA resident with a medical mj card and I grew my first crop and have extra seeds I want to get rid of for donations (I'm in a non-profit state of CA) on Craigslist. Is it legal? A ton of ads on craigslist for bud. I was just wondering about seeds coz that one Canadian got 5 years for selling in the U.S. (probably something to do with crossing the border).

Is marc emery the canadian you are talking about? if so, he didn't sell a couple seeds on craigslist he sold millions of seeds, but anyways I don't think it is a good idea.

that one Canadian lol, his name is Marc Emery and he didn't just sell seeds he gave them away and sold them all over the world when no one was selling seeds, about 15-20 years ago. he is a pioneer to everyone in the medical cannabis community, he was you about 20 years ago, and he gave all the profits totaling somewhere about 4 million to cannabis organizations. Just saying his name is not that Canadian.
