Last fall when they were looking at redefining caregivers and there were so many people in attendance they had to open a second viewing room. They also took input on the city ordinance. That could have turned out a lot worse.

You should arrive early to make sure you signed up to speak. Additionally, you may waive your time and give it to someone else. I'd also like to urge anyone in surrounding cities/counties to speak as well, as other city governments often look to Denver when creating their own rules.
