Ingoing water should be between 6.3 and 6.8 ph. Above or below that range, and different nutrients start getting locked-out.
Are you using a ph soil probe, or a ph pen? There is a major difference in accuracy. (soil probes suck)

14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? I make a mixture of water with the nutrients, I use that same water for every feeding. I feed twice a day.

Try looking online for the directions when in soil. (the link is below) If any questions, contact the company for clarification. I'm pretty sure you should be feeding once a week, not daily. Especially not twice daily. You are overdosing the crap out of 'em. Flush well and double-check your feeding schedule for soil. Mix what you can use on that day. You can't keep mixed nutrient solution for long periods. (overnight is ok, but 48 hours is too long)
