i still occosionlly cough when i take some major big tokes, but im a new stoner as well, iv smoked weed about 5 times now.... Kronus wait til u finally get high, you'll love it! put on some jimi henxdrix or led zeplin and close your eyes, its most amazing shit.

just smoke it in your bowl. Don't roll any joints, because you're new. An eighth will be more than enough to get your and friend and you high. Remember to hold the smoke in your lungs for as long as possible, i also recommend having a drink like a bottle of water near by. Have fun! and good luck!.

I find drinks only temporarily stop drymouth, the best thing to use is something that forces your mouth to salivate like boiled sweets,something sour, chewing gum an all that kinda stuff.

Yeh your first time smoking pot - Have some nice chilled drinks nearby incase of coughing.

And a large supply of chocolate and other great snacky/junk foods, Nowone understands the power of the munchies till theyve been stoned!

Kronus - suck the smoke into your mouth, after that, take a breath in, with the smoke still in your mouth, thats what we where referring to earlier.

Some people who havn't smoked anything before and don't know how to inhale simply pull it into their mouths, then let it go - It needs to reach the lungs, you'll feel when it does.

Cigarette smoker? If so jus do what you normally do but with your pipe/spliff/whatever.

first time i got high i was chasing fly's around the house....of course i was an idiot at 13 and did stuff like that all the time....it wasn't quite as fun when baked tho lol
