That means you will be taking an initial assay screen with a 50 ng cutoff limit. If the sample fails the initial assay, then it undergoes the confirmation GC/MS with a 15 ng cutoff limit and a quantitative value will be provided. Samples that pass the initial assay screen wont undergo the confirmation test.

Even though their cutoffs numerically differ, a 50 ng assay is functionally equivalent to the 15 ng GC/MS. The numbers differ because the assay recognizes all 31 metabolite concentrations combined, while the GC/MS only recognizes one metabolite concentration (THC-COOH).

I mailed the at-home drug test off because I couldnt tell if their was a line there or not on the test and thats what the results came back, it said POSITIVE d9 THC (or w/e the big term is) 23 ng/mL so where do i stand?

Clean for 56 days. I bought an at home test on day 28 and it came back positive 24 ng/mL. Took another one on day 45 and it was positive as well at 23 ng/mL. Rating: 5
