Looks like many problems to me. First impression is nitrogen overload. This could be because of lockout, but.

The leaves are also very shiny, you giving a lot of neem?

I would repot, regardless of the size. Flush it well first, then repot. Do not break up the root ball. Allow the excess water in the root ball to moisten the new potting mix...i.e., don't water immediately, wait until it needs it.

More light will help a lot.

I would stop all additives for now. Get this puppy back in balance first, they grew for eons without our intervention....

And age of mother actually means it should have reached it's maximum potential in age, no degradation in the first few years at all, I have plants well over 10 years old that are so strong I can barely tolerate the smoke, I have some that still at 3 years of age are getting better with every grow.

Edit: As I look back, you say in .3 liter pot. How tall is the plant? Think of the pot size necessary is big enough to hold root system equivalent to what you see above the dirt. Pictures give distorted views. You may simply need the repot into a larger pot and lay off the nutes for awhile, keep ingoing PH 6.5, and see if you can find some Fox Farms Ocean Forest potting mix.
