i use the oakton, ecoTestr/pH1. no problems with it. if you ever plan on trying your hand at hydro you might look at a combo pH/EC meter. buy once and buy right!

Here are a couple of pics of the plant now. I thought about taking clones from the top where it seems uninfected, but not sure the clone would carry the deficiency? The top growth looks nice as its pulling the Mg from the rest of the plant. At least thats what the article Shake posted above. So would it be possible to take the healthy upper parts for clones but, not get a cut that has the same issues? I have started seeds, but id like to clone out this plant first as its the NL#5 and great smoke.
Thanks for all the help:rasta:

I put 6 seeds in some dirt on the 2nd and 3 have popped, but i think the other 3 went into bad soil. Il give em a couple days and re plant them if there not popped. I just found a hydro store that will deliver anything i want so il be getting better soil and organtic nutes. But i really need this plant as i really dont want to wait on the seedlings. These are for the most to clone from and then re veg them. Maybe put one out next summer the yield is to big not too. So how did you do outside this year, they sure looked nice man:thumbsup:
Thanks man:thumbsup:

Wow man they look nice and a great yield too:thumbsup:so ya think you might do a couple next year? I think il do 2 next year outside, i want to do a re vegged one and get one nice and big one, then plant it sideways. Last years Purple plant that got ripped looked so nice with all its branches real thick and looked like a bunch of colas. And a re veg just does so well outside it would be a mistake not to take advantage of at least one. But thats all i want to do out as last grow was tough and bigger then i ever thought.
