Thanks for all the replies. I agree that they probably couldn't get in touch with my Doc will probably hear from them today. I took my GF in and she only gave them the full size authorization and they weren't confused so we will just give that in the future. Figured since they still needed to call on mine they may as well do her at the same time. Sucks getting old...start falling apart.

Friday I went to a different club and still haven't been approved, they said he did things wrong. So here is what I got...
